Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

• Clients may cancel their service agreements with Nexionix Soft Private Limited by providing written notice to info@nexionix.com at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date
• Any advance payments made for services beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, excluding any non-refundable services as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Nexionix Soft Private Limited

We reserve the right to cancel service agreements at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client.

In the event of cancellation by us, clients will receive a refund for any unused portion of services paid for in advance.

Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services, such as custom software development projects that require significant resources, may not be cancellable once work has commenced.

We may share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of services, all related data and information will be returned to the client or destroyed, as per the client's request and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
